At Brentwood Country Club we take pride in being exceptional hosts to our member guests, or as we fondly call them, "Brentwooders." Our recent men's and women's tournaments were a massive success, showcasing our commitment to excellence. It truly takes a village to execute such memorable events, from our captivating "Fire and Ice" displays to the innovative use of our Fork Farms system for fresh herbs. Culinary creativity was at its peak with multiple action stations at each meal period. Our dedication to providing a remarkable experience for our guests sets us apart, reflecting our unwavering passion for hospitality. Big thank you to chefs Jack Wagner for being the executive lead on this and making it come to Life and Ryan Crawford for supporting this with so much detail and ideas. Fresh from the STEM Lab to staff lunches! Our Urban Farmers at Deer Creek have harvested romaine and butter lettuce from our #FlexFarm and, using the design process, created two unique salads—the "Sophia" and the "Chase." With feedback from local chef Chef AJ, Next Level Chef Chef Tucker, and a team of St. Francis Public School administrators, these salads were featured in today’s staff lunch. Proceeds from donations will support continued fresh produce growth! We're harvesting again tomorrow for our school lunch line! #UrbanFarmers #STEMLab #FlexFarm #FarmToTable #FreshHarvest #SchoolLunch #FarmToTable #StudentChefs #Hydroponics #StFrancisSchools #SchoolLunchTransformation

We were so excited that our hydroponically grown lettuce was served at the parent-sponsored salad bar at Frostwood Elementary last Thursday! 🌿🥗 Students enjoyed a fresh selection of Green Star, Romaine, Arugula, and Basil—all grown right on site at Frostwood and at our SNS office. This initiative not only promotes healthy eating but also teaches our students the importance of sustainability and local food sourcing. A huge thank you to our dedicated parents for their support in making this happen. Let’s celebrate fresh, nutritious choices together! 🥬💚 #Hydroponics #Sustainability #HealthyEating #FrostwoodElementary #CommunitySupport #SBISD #SchoolNutrition #FarmToSchool #ForkFarms #PTASponsoredSaladBar #SBISDSNS
