We are a leading manufacturer of precision wire-based materials and components used in the world's most demanding applications. At Fort Wayne Metals, our people develop new alloys, pioneer revolutionary materials, and never stop refining our products to help them perform better in our customers' applications around the world. We offer access to a breadth of materials, including round wire, flat wire, shaped wire, bar, strands and cables, DFT® composite wire, DBS® wire, HHS® tube, SLT® wire, titanium and titanium alloys, Nitinol and a range of high-performance alloys. Our portfolio of services includes mechanical custom assembly, custom alloy development, research and development, coating, and laser ablation. We work with wire diameters from as small as 0.0127 mm [.0005 in] to 12.7 mm [0.500 in]. We are FDA registered and ISO 9001, AS 9100D and ISO 13485 certified.
