Foss & Company has made its third investment in a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (#BESS) project, partnering with @Plus Power on the Anemoi #BESS facility near Edinburg, TX. The Anemoi facility has a capacity of 200 MW / 400 MWh and began operations in June 2024, being a part of a larger financing effort that includes two other Texas projects. In a recent article from @New Project Media’s @Jennifer Roig, @Bryen Alperin stated that this investment not only diversifies Foss & Company’s offerings but also solidifies our battery division, contributing to grid stability in Texas. The Boyle building, located in Little Rock, AR, was built in 1909 and is not only Arkansas’s second Skyscraper, but is also the state's tallest building. This 12-story building is now being rehabilitated to feature office space, retail space, a restaurant on the first floor and a speakeasy in the basement. This project will also feature 99,090 square feet of developable area for the State Agency of the State of Arkansas.
