As a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Women-Owned Small business located in the Black Hills, FourFront Design, Inc. provides architecture, engineering, landscape architecture/planning, interior design and technical services to government and commercial clients throughout the United States. Our team of architects and engineers is committed to shaping a better world through sustainable design. FourFront Design, Inc., originated as Brady Consultants in Spearfish, SD in 1950. In 1980, it reorganized to form the Alliance of Architects and Engineers. In January 2006, the Alliance of Architects and Engineers merged with Thurston Design Group, LLP, to form FourFront Design, Inc. In July 2008, Black Hills Surveying also merged with FourFront Design, Inc. With over 39 staff and professionals, FourFront Design, Inc. proudly serves clients from throughout the continental United States from our headquarters office in Rapid City, South Dakota and our two branch offices in Helena, MT and Omaha, NE. FourFront Design Inc. employs LEED AP certified professionals and is at the forefront of sustainable design.

At FourFront Design, leading a remote team requires creativity to bring people together for events. We make it work by scheduling monthly, structured-yet-casual time for us to connect and get to know each other, even from different states. This was our virtual Halloween Costume Contest. A good time was had by all!

FourFront Design is proud to celebrate the completion of its first Site Survey & Building Information Modeling (BIM) project in the Black Hills of South Dakota. This achievement fuels our drive as we prepare to finalize the Milwaukee, WI site in the coming months. This week also marks the beginning of our next adventures into the world of BIM at two new locations: Tomah, WI, and Sheridan, WY.
