We're excited to welcome our new executive board during our upcoming Lunch & Learn with Jen Houser! Crafting a lead-driving marketing campaign is both an art and a science. In this session, Jen will share about a client case study in the mental health awareness space and apply Creative Spring's framework for selecting meaningful tactics. You will learn about crafting messages that resonate with your audience and how to understand and adapt to the results. Jen will touch on audience identification and analysis, utilizing a gamification tactic, and understanding the importance of measurable results. You’ll leave this talk empowered to not only choose the right tactics but how to architect a sustainable marketing plan, ensuring triumph in the ever-evolving realm of strategic communication. In this talk, you will learn how to: - Put communication strategy fundamentals to work - How to select appropriate tactics and craft compelling messaging for your audience - Apply a gamification tactic it to your communication campaign - Understand metrics and be “humble” to the analytics Jen Houser is Founder and President of Creative Springs, a Florida based creative and strategic marketing consulting firm. Today’s highlights include: 🏆 Chapter President Andrea Siracusa, APR, CPRC and VP of Membership Madelene Skinner, APR accepted the chapter President Awards for Membership Retention and Spirit of FPRA. 🌟 Madelene Skinner, APR was also recognized for earning her APR. 🤝 Chapter members, joined by special guests Roger Pynn, APR, CPRC and Shelley Pynn, enjoyed a night to network following Summit day 2. 🍮 And, of course, the Dillin Dessert was spectacular. FPRA Jacksonville is pleased to welcome new member, Lashantah D. Braswell. Lashantah currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Braswell Group, a consulting firm that helps organizations develop and implement corporate community engagement strategies. As a distinguished executive and educational leader with more than two decades of experience, she excels in academic leadership, grant management, and organizational development. While previously working as Executive Director and Founder of Scholar Metrix EdLearning Solutions, LLC, Lashantah pioneered S.T.E.A.M. curriculum and instructional support services, significantly enhancing K-12 learning programs and youth development initiatives. Additionally, during her time with Duval County Public Schools, she crafted personalized academic plans and provided extensive support to students and educators. Throughout her career, Lashantah has secured and managed over $1.8 million in funding from the Florida legislature to support various non-profits and community initiatives for children and families.
