Our firm has come a long way since we were founded in 1973. After our name change with the Florida based Architectural firm Eddy Frances, AIA, PA - Frances Anillo Toledo, LLC is in a unique position to provide Architectural services throughout South Florida. Our Founder and President Mr. Eddy Frances, RA, our Design Director - Vice President, Mr. Leo Anillo and our Project Managing Director – Vice President, Mr. Ernesto Toledo have been with our firm for many years. We have created a core group of professionals that ‘get the project done’. Our professionals and those that have joined our firm this year are true team leaders and use their leadership abilities to ensure responsive client service, and design excellence.
