During a tightened lending environment, our team was able to successfully source and close on competitive debt financing for a small market, hospitality asset portfolio. The cash out proceeds will be utilized to renovate the asset to further drive value and overall experience for guests. In today’s lending environment, it is hard to source loan programs with the ability to offer a cash out component with a competitive rate and flexible prepayment penalty.
