After successfully leading the leasing efforts for Water Street Tampa's Sparkman Wharf, Matt Alexander and Chad Rupp are taking over the leasing for Thousand and One in Water Street Tampa. “Thousand & One is the premier office building in Tampa. We are excited to continue our partnership with Strategic Property Partners and now lead leasing efforts for this property. Our Retail investment sales team recently closed the largest convenience real estate portfolio Franklin Street has tracked. Brokered by managing directors Bryan Belk and John J. Tennant, the six property portfolio in Jacksonville was sold to Curbline Properties, the first publicly traded REIT focused on convenience real estate, for $86.3 million.
