Nathan LaCross 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭. ↕️ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲: During the early stages of his career at Frasco, he began as a Surveillance Investigator primarily handling high exposure auto claims. He also assisted with recorded statements and other investigations for the claims department. Later, he began assisting Regional Managers with their territories while they were away. This provided valuable experience learning the geographical areas Frasco operates in and working with Surveillance Investigators across the country. He also had the opportunity to train newly onboarded Surveillance Investigators through weekly online classes while collaborating closely with recruiting. While in this role, he still conducted surveillance cases periodically. Eventually, he was promoted to Regional Manager overseeing seven states. He enjoys managing the caseload within his region and working closely with his staff to deliver impactful results for clients. Occasionally, he still conducts surveillance to stay sharp and hone his skills, which he believes makes him a successful leader. Surveillance will always be in his blood. Throughout his tenure, he has seen Frasco live its six core values: always grateful, respect, responsible stewardship, integrity, valuable quality, and empowered leadership.
