We're hiring a Client Services & Training Manager!🎉 The Client Services & Training Manager (CST Manager) provides leadership for the program responsible for custom-training assistance dogs and partnering them with clients in need. This individual will lead the implementation of strategies and service dog training standards and empower the team to maximize client-dog team success by overseeing the client-dog team matching process, client training, and graduate services. This role reports to the Deputy Director of Operations and oversees a team of six professional Assistance Dog Instructors and seven Client Services team members. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on our community's support to help care for the 163 puppies and dogs in our assistance dog program. Pups like 1-year-old FSD Service Dog in training Nana, who recently made a miraculous recovery after being bitten by a rattlesnake that required extensive, life-saving veterinary care. Unfortunately, we have incurred multiple unexpected medical expenses this year that have strained our resources. When you contribute any amount to Nana and Friend's Medical Fund, you're ensuring that our future Freedom Service Dog superstars continue to receive the highest level of care they need as they grow to become life-changing assistance dogs. A special thanks to FSD volunteers Dean and Margo Fiala for generously jumpstarting our campaign with a $20,000 donation!
