Gulf States Toyota's leadership team is growing! Seasoned automotive industry professional Jeff Buchanan will join GST on September 3 as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Talent and Culture. In his new position, Buchanan will drive innovation and enhance GST's tech-forward strategy. Previously, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Toyota Motor North America and as the Vice President of Guest Experience and Retention and Vice President of Sales Operations for the Toyota Division. “Jeff’s extensive experience and commitment to fostering a culture of innovation will be instrumental in helping us leverage new technologies and expand our capabilities,” said GST Chairman Dan Friedkin. Gulf States Toyota has expanded its leadership team! Industry veteran Mike Brennan has been named Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President. An accomplished leader with 28 years of experience, Brennan will oversee field operations, marketing, dealer relations, fixed operations and supply and demand. “Mike’s expertise, commitment to innovation and collaborative spirit will enable us to achieve continued growth as we leverage new technologies like AI to strengthen our operations and evolve our culture to support this transformation,” said Dan Friedkin, GST Chairman. Congratulations to the Congaree Global Golf Initiative Class of 2024! Fifty-six talented and deserving students from around the world recently completed the CONGAREE FOUNDATION's summer program at Congaree Golf Club in South Carolina and Scotland’s Archerfield Links.
