We’re thrilled to spotlight Kimberly De Vroede, a true pillar of Fry Steel Company, who has been with us for an incredible 31 years! Kim manages the Pacific Northwest territory and has navigated diverse markets throughout her career, including a recent move from California to Idaho. We asked Kim to share a bit about her role and personality. She described it this way: "With 31 years at Fry Steel, I have built a rewarding career in metal distribution. Over the years, my territory has shifted three times, providing me with diverse experiences and insights into various markets. Though I've lived in California my entire life, I embraced the opportunity to move to Idaho while continuing my work at Fry, which has enriched both my personal and professional life. Now residing in a lakeside home, I enjoy paddleboarding, hiking and floating down the river during my downtime. My passion for meeting new customers drives my success as I introduce them to Fry's exceptional offerings. I take great pride in representing Fry Steel as a top-notch company. I love to suit up, whether I'm engaging with executives from large corporations or visiting local mom-and-pop shops. Each interaction is a chance to build lasting relationships, reflecting my commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence in service." Her favorite quote is, "There's a lid for every pot." Let’s celebrate Kim and connect with her to discover how she can support your needs!

A special thanks to Eli Chavez, Donald Gunritz, Adrian Hearn, and Brian Schafer for representing Fry Steel on the course. This tournament benefited the "Cops Helping Kids" program, which provides local youth with positive, constructive activities. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in our community. #CopsHelpingKids #FryFeels

We’re excited to introduce Scott Van Almen, our dynamic Sales Representative for the Southeast, who has been with Fry Steel Company for 2 years! We asked Scott to share a bit about his role and personality. He described it this way: "My clients and friends would think of me as an easy-going person with a strong wit, work ethic, and the ability to engage with a vast assortment of people. I feel like those traits have been crafted by my diverse background. As the president of The InVINCEable Foundation, a charity that helps families that have a child with cancer, or working as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies and college coaching staffs, I've been immersed in adverse situations that require patience and empathy in order to find solutions. When not walking the floors of machine shops in the Southeast, I love spending time at home - by the firepit! - with my wife, 3 teenagers and 3 French Bulldogs!" His favorite quote, “Everyone has a plan until you get punched in the face,” reflects his resilient and adaptable approach. Connect with Scott to see how he can support your needs!
