This past weekend we had a blast at the LA River Beach Party, a fundraiser hosted by the ELYSIAN VALLEY ARTS COLLECTIVE for the organization’s youth art programs and for the upcoming Frogtown Artwalk on September 21st. The event featured delicious food, fun drinks, and live music at the newly-updated The River event space next to our office.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Agave Wall-Raising Ceremony on Monday; your presence and support made the celebration extra special! This milestone event is an important marker in bringing our first-ever community in Altadena to life. The week got off to an exciting start this morning with EAH Housing and United Building Company at the wall-raising ceremony for the Agave Apartments, marking the official start of framing of the project.
