📢 The FFA’s APAC Diversity Committee invites you to an engaging conversation on Neurodiversity in the Workplace – a topic that is now top-of-mind for both managers and team members who are looking to build optimal and psychologically safe work environments for ourselves and our colleagues. What is neurodiversity? Neurodiversity is the idea that people experience and interact with the world around them in different ways and there is no one "correct" way of thinking, learning, and behaving. It’s a call to first identify and then accommodate our differences, instead of viewing differences as deficits. Anuj Shah (Simpson Thacher & Bartlett) will kick-off the conversation with opening remarks about the Diversity Committee’s 2024-2025 initiatives and then Beelee Seah (Norton Rose Fulbright) and Lily Miao 苗蕾 (Appleby) will co-moderate a conversation and Q&A with Kavita Chandradhas from Undivided Consulting. Drawing on her own personal experiences, Kavita C. will tell important stories on neurodiversity and cover the following topics (among others): -What is neurodiversity? What are some of the different types of neurodiversity? -How Kavita’s experiences as a neurodivergent individual has impacted her working life and relationship with her colleagues. -How has the typical corporate workplace historically treated neurodivergent individuals? -What does an inclusive workplace entail for neurodiverse individuals? 📅 Date: Wednesday, November 13th 🕒 Time: 5:30 - 6:30 pm SGT ✨ Location: Artemis Grill, 138 Market St, #40-01 CapitaGreen, Singapore 048946 Register Here: https://lnkd.in/dnzRbkzc
