This week I had the privilege of attending the FUTURE NOW Media Foundation, Inc. conference in New York City! FUTURE NOW Media Foundation, Inc. is a charitable nonprofit, whose mission is to build future leaders in media and entertainment. We are a leadership incubator, and we engage, mentor, train and connect college and graduate students and recent graduates to become the best and brightest future leaders in every sector of the media and entertainment industry, including in business, contend and technology. I am so thankful for leaders like Lauren Berger who constantly shares my name in rooms I am not in. As well as to Roku who allows us the privilege to partner with organizations like this to have a direct pipeline of hiring the brightest, most driven and diverse early career talent into this space. The gratitude runs deep and the inspiration is the energy I needed to catapult me into this next phase of work I am lucky enough to do!
