    We are still up 13% on the year. Today sucks - but today is also the NUMBER 1 use case for Fynancial Today is the reason clients hire advisors. Today is the day our clients will be putting the right information out to the right clients at the right time. Proactive vs Reactive. - you don't want your clients clicking a clickbait article and calling you looking to hit the panic button - you don't want your clients seeing their numbers and thinking "I haven't heard from my advisor." - you don't want to spend all day dialing/sending individual emails knowing many of them will be unanswered/unseen.     "You're the person that is there for them in every moment that they need." BOOM - Stacey McKinnon 🙌 The internet shifted our clients and prospects' behavior. Information is widely available. WHO that information is delivered from and HOW that information is presented is the premier service advisors should strive to deliver. Elite advisors are realizing the "button" your client's click on their phone shouldn't be Gmail or Outlook It should be your brand. Your trusted channel. A channel your client knows to hit every single time they have a question and need advice ASAP. I first met Stacey at the 2022 Fidelity Inside Track event. Fast forward to 2024 - Morton Wealth isn't just talking. They are acting. When we first launched Modearn, I remember telling Stacey that she'd be on the cover of a Wealth Management publication fielding questions about how they were able to successfully launch, scale, attract, and ultimately create a new revenue stream serving a generation that is growing every single day. That's the power of the right message, to the right client, at the right time - all powered through your own push notification alerting their clients where they are for 5 hours a day. - ON THEIR PHONE!!

    Posting To Your Clients vs Posting On Social Platforms Here are the biggest differences - from the perspective of our clients. 1. Engagement - Communication drives awareness - Awareness drives engagement - Engagement drives opportunities - Opportunities drive action It doesn't matter how fancy your video content is or how unique your perspectives are. If your clients and dream prospects don't see your message (AKA communication) nothing works. Don't overlook the power of your own push notification. 2. Personality Advisors are very comfortable talking with clients with whom they have had a long-lasting relationship. Posting to the internet creates fake personalities. It's hard. When you can post about bourbon to your clients that like bourbon - it's authentic. Not the best post for social strangers. Take care of clients and they take care of you. 3. Opportunities I just got off a call with Victor Wilkerson, CFP®, RSP, CLU, ChFC. He gets it. Here is what I am talking about regarding opportunities. Certain clients should be aware of certain products. These products/offerings align with their risk tolerance, goals, etc. The problem with advisors currently is you have no real way to educate the right clients with the right message. For example - certain clients might want to learn about products that offer downside protection and provide income/liquidity. A 32-year-old with a high income would never want to hear/learn about this. Their goal is asset growth - not asset protection. When you can educate the end client at scale - they come to you IN-BOUND - which ultimately makes the advisor's job a whole lot easier. You start on 3rd base vs 1st base. Action gets done - FAST. I've been posting on LinkedIn for a while. And I'll be the first to tell you this: There is a reason we have an "Access our Demo App" call to action. Once I get prospects in our app... I have their attention. Advisors are missing the right channel to communicate. That's why we created Fynancial #socialfinancialplatform
