So thrilled to participate in the Quinnipiac GAME Forum, the largest student-run financial conference in the world. 1,500 students that represent the future of the asset management industry – bringing the enthusiasm, creativity and talent to push the industry forward for a new generation. My advice to the GenZ audience: Be phenomenal in your first job, and bring your whole self to it. Don’t think about becoming CEO until you have a few years under your belt. Be authentic (that’s why we hire you) and be focused (it will help create the platform for your future career). Plus I got to share the stage with Rob Sharps of T. Rowe Price. His closing advice: Be lifelong readers! Continue to learn and challenge yourself.
