Welcome to Washington Irving Memorial Park! Located in Bixby, Oklahoma, this public park and arboretum is named after the renowned American writer Washington Irving, who camped in the area in October 1832 during his expedition to explore the western United States. In honor of his adventurous spirit, a vibrant new custom playground featuring a variety of thrilling climbing adventures was created. Each climber offers a different level of excitement, ensuring that every family member can find an activity perfectly suited to them. Congratulations to Cunningham Recreation and the Bixby community for championing intergenerational play!

Welcome to Corolla Park! Currituck County wanted to design a playground in the historic Corolla Park that celebrates the community’s spirit and invites residents to come together and be active. To bring this vision to life, Cunningham Recreation collaborated with Landmark Design, GameTime's custom play division, to make tailored play experiences that embody the unique charm of the beachside city. Currituck County means “land of the wild goose” in Algonquian, which inspired the creation of the iconic goose slide. This slide, alongside its many other custom features, exemplifies how playgrounds can be transformed into immersive, themed destinations. Congratulations Corolla, NC, and Cunningham Recreation for your hard work on creating this amazing playground!

Southeast Metro Park is more than just a playful space – it's a landmark celebrating the rich geological history of Austin, TX. In 1935, two UT geology students, W. Clyde Ikins and John Peter “Pete” Smith, made an extraordinary discovery: bones of a well-preserved mosasaur skeleton from the Late Cretaceous Period. The area was meticulously excavated, revealing even more parts of the skeleton. This find remains one of the most complete mosasaur skeletons ever uncovered. To honor this rich history, Cunningham Recreation and GameTime's custom play division, Landmark Design, created a 30-foot-long play mosasaur in Southeast Metro Park, adjacent to the original excavation site. This unique play structure not only encourages children to stay active but also teaches them about the history of their community. Congratulations to Cunningham Recreation and Austin, Texas, for creating a truly one-of-a-kind play experience!

Inclusive Playgrounds have seldom included towers...until now Aventus Tower is the first accessible playground tower. Children can transfer from their mobility devices at the platform and walk, crawl, or scoot up the attached climber, engaging with numerous sensory activities along the way to the very top!
