🚀 Choosing between building or buying instrument integration software? Why not both? In biotech, balancing customization and scalability is key. A hybrid approach—combining in-house development with third-party solutions—offers the best of both worlds. Ganymede’s flexible platform allows labs to integrate data and tailor workflows efficiently, empowering teams to innovate without being bogged down by technical limitations. This includes: 1) Hybrid Solution Advantage: A mix of building and buying software offers the flexibility of in-house solutions with the convenience of external tools, allowing labs to customize without overwhelming costs or resources. 2) Strategic Data Planning: Labs should align their data strategy with their workflow needs and automation goals, especially regarding data integration and standardization across instruments and processes. 3) Platform Flexibility: Ganymede’s platform provides an adaptable “Lab-as-Code” approach, enabling both non-coders and technical users to set up, manage, and customize data integration efficiently. #biotech #labautomation #dataintegration #futureoflabs #buildvsbuy

Learn how the lab of the future can leverage a platform for AI and be GxP!
How can you validate your data infrastructure? On November 14th, we'll be discussing GxP and AI - both highly demanding and structured workflows that require clean data. Because of this, compliance approaches for both share a lot of unexpected similarity. Join Nathan Clark and Megan Kaveney to learn how data-driven approaches to informatics and validation are evolving in 2024. #ai #machinelearning #gxp #quality #webinar

We partnered with MasterControl to discuss how to integrate AI and robust data infrastructure within GxP (Good Practice) compliance frameworks across data integrity, explainability, and risks associated with "black-box" AI models. Things to consider as you're going through this journey: 1) Data Integrity as the Foundation: Structured, traceable data interfaces ensure that AI outputs are explainable and auditable, which is essential for compliance with GxP standards. 2) Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for Reliable Deployment: Using IaC frameworks, such as Terraform, helps automate infrastructure deployment while maintaining version control, making it easier to adhere to compliance requirements and support agile AI solutions. 3) Balancing Innovation with Compliance: We need to adopt AI responsibly by focusing on transparency and explainability, reducing the risks of "black-box" models and ensuring that AI enhances rather than complicates compliance efforts. 🚀 We just wrapped up an insightful experience at #FutureLabsLive! 🎤 Highlights: - Nathan Clark's keynote presentation on “Challenges and Success in Digitalization in the Age of AI” sparked some fantastic conversations around how there's no one solution for all of lab data workflows, so the best thing is to get fit-for-purpose tools and ensure they have modular data and good APIs, to knit them together at an orchestration levels. - We attended standout sessions surrounding Lab Digital Transformation that offered fresh perspectives, including data centralization and standardization leads to increased collaboration within R&D. Future Labs Live USA reminded us of the power of innovation and the importance of collaboration. Thanks to everyone who made this event impactful—let’s keep pushing for transformative change! #LifeSciences #Innovation #LabAutomation #FutureLabsLive #DigitalTransformation #Networking
