Join us October 31, 3 p.m. Eastern for an information meeting about how the Institutional Transformation Assessment and Sensemaking can jumpstart transformation at your institution. The Institutional Transformation Assessment (ITA) is a process to help postsecondary institutions reflect on existing student success efforts and the organizational structures that support them. Learn how to help your institution learn more about its areas of strength and improvement, which are critical to prioritizing and planning further action to enhance equitable student success. Join Brent Drake, Jill Robinson Kramer, and Akilah Martin as they discuss how institutions are using the ITA, RWA and Sensemaking to improve student success. Register here: https://ow.ly/4Nti50TTzHt

We are non-profit leaders in advancing teaching, student learning, success, retention, and completion.
About us
As the nation’s leader in higher education student success, the non-profit, Gardner Institute has been partnering with higher education institutions for over 18 years. Our work helps to create and subsequently implement evidence-based plans for improving student learning, success, retention and completion through a variety of processes, expert guidance and support. Mission The John N. Gardner Institute for Excellence in Undergraduate Education is a non-profit organization dedicated to partnering with colleges, universities, philanthropic organizations, educators, and other entities to increase institutional responsibility for improving outcomes associated with teaching, learning, retention, and completion. Through its efforts the Institute will strive to advance higher education’s larger goal of achieving equity and social justice. Vision The Institute will help higher education and related organizations to individually and/or collectively define or redefine excellence in undergraduate education and will assist with the application of these definitions to practice and/or policy. These actions will support efforts to facilitate innovation in colleges, universities, and the broader systems of which they are a part. The ensuing dynamic educational opportunities will transform the institutions, the people they serve, the places in which they live and work, and the broader societies and economies of which they are a part.b
