Logistics Property Company, LLC first #landdevelopment project in Manor, Texas, will consist of a two-building, ±408,000 GSF industrial development. These 2 warehouses will include 108 dock doors, 6 ramps, 24 levelers and 557 parking spaces. The cross-dock warehouse will also include 48 trailer parking spaces. This development is on track for completion in 2025.
