Our own Michael Grage and Troy M. Malmstrom talk with Finance & Commerce about using Augmented Reality and the ways it can help break down communication barriers during the design process. Drawings and renderings and floor plans can only go so far in conveying what a space will feel like and how it will function. The event focused on the market trends and shifting tenant preferences that are reshaping not only downtown Pittsburgh, but urban cores across the nation.
