Today, GE Aerospace released its inaugural philanthropy report, highlighting how we’ve built upon GE’s 100-year legacy of giving back while lifting people up in the communities where we live and work. In 2024, GE Aerospace, our employees, and the GE Aerospace Foundation contributed over $21.5 million in philanthropic support globally. Guided by the critical role aviation plays in the world, our giving focused on: • Developing a highly skilled workforce, including a $1 million workforce development donation in Cincinnati, Ohio, part of a $2.3 million commitment to Workforce Development. • Increasing the number of young people in engineering through our Next Engineers program, which launched a new location in Warsaw, Poland, and extended our successful program in Cincinnati, Ohio. • Providing disaster relief for Hurricanes Helene and Milton in partnership with organizations like the American Red Cross and Airlink. • Supporting military service members, veterans and their families through initiatives like our work with the Fisher House Foundation. Our employees also played a vital role, contributing over 30,000 volunteer hours to support 200+ organizations globally. Through our Matching Gifts program—an initiative GE pioneered in 1954—we amplified their generosity, doubling donations to thousands of organizations.
