General Atlantic hosted our annual Global Human Capital Series in New York earlier this week, where we convened more than 60 CHROs and CPOs from across our portfolio to discuss insights and strategies for building and maintaining high-talent density workplaces. Led by Anish Batlaw, Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Talent, the event featured dynamic panels and discussions with experts like Jessica Neal, Former Talent Officer at Netflix; Prasad Setty, Stanford lecturer and former VP of Digital Work Experience at Google; Lynne Oldham, Chief People Officer at Stash; and Bob Bennett, Former CEO at EngageSmart. Each session enabled our portfolio companies to connect and dive deep into today’s most pressing talent topics impacting long-term growth, including how best to create a high-impact people agenda, leverage GenAI to enhance productivity, and utilize leadership teams to become architects of resilience and consistent performance.
