Yesterday was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my working year as we pulled off something truly special at PepTalk – six events running simultaneously in one afternoon across 2 countries. It was incredible to listen in on PepTalk experts Bruce Daisley and Bonnie Linieres leadership workshop on resilience, tailored for 200+ CEOs at the BGF Growth Forum at the Science Museum in London. Their insights on workplace culture were sharp and timely, offering practical tools for leaders navigating an uncertain world. The day closed with a thought-provoking talk and Q&A from Alastair Campbell, who delivered us powerful geopolitical insights. His message stuck with me: we’re at a pivotal moment in history, with the world teetering between autocracy and democracy. The path ahead will define us. Alastair is a kind and friendly guy who’s probably one of the smartest people you’ll ever meet. Tony Blair was right when he called him a “genius”! We also had Terence Mauri giving a standout keynote talk at Qualtrics XM Live flagship event in Frankfurt - on the upside of disruption - talking about warm vs cold AI and giving a look ahead to the leadership of the future. It’s days like this that remind me why I love what I do so much. I’m proud of the impact PepTalk is making and grateful to our entire team for the value they deliver day in, day out.
