I'm very happy to announce the launch of the new Boostie We're looking at this talent marketing thing a little differently and happy to (finally) share with everyone. Our goal has always been to give our customers a full-funnel marketing stack; something a little cumbersome for time and resource strapped talent marketers. Now it's very easy for a company to - Promote open roles on display, Google search and coming soon, social - Capture career specific website traffic and start to build talent pipelines - Convert quality applicants with a simple apply process for candidates and simple prescreening setup for clients And of course automation and AI are woven into everything we do. The world doesn't need another AI chatbot, so we're using AI models to enhance every product and customer touchpoint like ad creation, landing page and job post enhancement, matching, scoring, screening, summarizing and more. We believe the future of talent marketing isn't a sole reliance on big job boards, rather building a marketing stack for recruiting that helps our customers 'own' their marketing worlds and drive engagement from a more qualified talent pool. 👋 I just wanted to share a few cool product updates from Boostie We've added Google Search Ads as an available channel right within Boostie campaigns. This helps our customers cover job seeker intent down the funnel, e.g. 'nursing jobs near me'. Paired with our top-of-funnel display reach and geo-targeting, your open roles are delivered to your potential candidate's digital doorsteps; pretty neat. We're also launching a new campaign type - Grouped. Grouped campaigns can be used to bundle similar jobs OR jobs where the ideal audience is similar (picker/packer or a warehouse associate). This is cool because it comes directly from customer and prospect feedback. The problems talent marketing & hiring teams have today is the overhead of campaigns and assets when dealing with thousands of jobs; this helps bundle roles and paired with our automatic asset creation, opens up new doors for marketing jobs to passive talent. Chris has been in work-tech since 2012 and led our sales team at Herefish before our acquisition by Bullhorn. We've got a few new things rolling out soon and Chris is the perfect person to sit first chair. The band is back together and we couldn't be more excited to work with Mr. Dues again.
