Ready for something awesome? Buckle in. I’m thrilled to announce that as of a few weeks ago, I started my next chapter as the Director of Support at Dutchie!! After 14 years in the cannabis industry I’ve seen firsthand how fast, reliable solutions can transform the retail experience. From dispensary floors to tech platforms, my mission remains the same: make cannabis accessible. Customers don’t have time to waste, and neither do we. After three and a half rewarding years leading the Implementation Team here, it’s time to take on a new challenge—one that will help bring our customer support to new heights. Serendipitously, this coincides with our Dutchie 2.0 announcement last week, which is our biggest product release ever—we’re ready to provide modernized, game-changing tools for cannabis operators, AND reimagining your relationship with our Support team. I know the Dutchie product intimately, but more importantly, I know our customers; heck, I was one before joining the team in 2021. I’ve lived the challenges of cannabis retail, from opening dispensaries in various states, to managing day-to-day operations. I understand how crucial it is to have a platform that not only works, but works with you. I’ve been that Dispensary Manager staying late to reconcile an auditing error, reconciling a variance on a drawer, working with a patient/guest while having a product not scan, hand writing receipts when the power went out; but most painfully, managing a system glitch while anxiously refreshing the screen to make sure everything’s in order. My commitment to our customers is simple: A proactive, solution-driven Support Team that builds trust and empowers our partners to serve their communities confidently. I’m here to make sure no one else has to experience that kind of stress when they should be focusing on serving their community. With the support of leaders like Chris Ridings, Michaela Superson, Yuliya Orlova, Chris Ostrowski, Tim Barash, and the entire Dutchie team, we’re on a mission to build a customer experience that’s second to none.
