    Are you still using a cookie-cutter onboarding flow for every customer?? 🍪🙅🏻♀️ Last week I used Zapier with Gong + ChatGPT to automate a custom onboarding flow for new Laudable customers. Did I mention HOW F'ING COOL THIS IS!? 🤯🤯🤯 Example 💥: 1️⃣ Customer says during our kickoff meeting 🗣 "we have a goal to get 200 new enterprise testimonials by the end of the year" 2️⃣ Instead of requiring a CSM to remember + ask about it ❌, this automation will automatically detect the goal (from the transcript) ➡️ update our CRM with that info, and 🥁 send follow up messages in the customer's Slack channel immediately + 30 and 60 days later to check in on how they're tracking on the goal to get to 200 enterprise testimonials by EOY. What you need 🛠: 👉🏻 Zapier 👉🏻 Gong (or another call recorder that has a Zapier integration like Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant) 👉🏻  ̶b̶a̶s̶i̶c̶ ̶c̶o̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶s̶k̶i̶l̶l̶s̶ Anthropic Claude to write a simple Javascript API call 👉🏻 Your customer onboarding happy path - can be a flow chart or notes doc (Kathryn O'Day has a fantastic substack post on how to think about this if you're a startup) So WDYT and what parts of the customer journey are you automating + customizing? 👀
