    When requesting a warm intro via email, there are some do’s and don’ts to streamline the process. ✅ Do:  -Forward the email!  -Include 2-3 bullets on what you have to offer. ❌ Don’t:  -Write on behalf of them. -Create liabilities for people or awkward moments. This approach makes it easy for the introducer and keeps everyone comfortable. It also avoids unnecessary awkwardness and misunderstandings. Let’s start getting warm intros right 🤝

"It feels like there is so much noise around AI tools without the context of how they're useful. So, I thought it would be helpful to share what I'm using right now and how I'm using them. Take a look at these 6: Getro - automatically matches talent with roles on our job board If you sign up to the Play Ventures talent network, you will be automatically reviewed against all of the current and future opportunities on the job board. I am then notified when there's a match and I can review with founders in our investment portfolio. I am just one person and it would be a huge task to cross reference all of the talent in our network against the (currently) 180+ jobs. The matches are excellent and also we imported all of our 1st connections from LinkedIn (all 50,000+ of them!) and Getro suggests reviews those too." https://hubs.ly/Q02Ftwkv0
