Scaling cold outbound in HubSpot and Salesforce. Ask how!

Outbound campaign attribution in HubSpot just got a whole lot easier. You name it—from meetings and converted leads to closed won deals. This new capability is part of our “packages” feature, which uses Supered⚡ to deploy fully built lists, workflows, and dashboards straight into your HubSpot portal. It all starts with Smartlead campaign data which is synced with OutboundSync. Here's what's possible... - Funnel Reporting: Track conversion rates at each stage. Whether you’re using a strict vertical funnel or a more flexible horizontal view, you’ll see exactly how many outbound emails convert to closed deals. - Campaign & Rep Performance: View email sending volume, positive reply rates, and track results by individual sales rep. See which campaigns are driving results. - Sales Enablement Insights: Monitor follow-up activity. Are reps calling? Sending LinkedIn messages? Using direct mail? The dashboard captures all follow-up actions thanks to the power of syncing outbound data with HubSpot. - Multi-Touch Attribution: Get a complete view of how outbound efforts impact deals, even if multiple touchpoints are involved. Track pipeline value, deal size, and closed revenue attributed to outbound campaigns. Last month, one user realized they'd exceeded their monthly meeting goal by two. (They booked 52 meetings.) And they'd closed won nearly $19K in September alone. All using this data. I can't wait to share more stories as we roll this out across our user base. What'd I get wrong? What report would you add or remove? PLEASE TELL ME. Because I can't wait to ship v3 of this thing. Stay tuned for how we’re using this setup for lists, workflows, and more.

Life is messy and being human is hard most days, but then you have those moments of blissful gratitude and suddenly it's all worth it. Autumn 🍁 is in full swing in Germany and Cochem feels magical (I tell myself Harry Potter is up in that castle 🏰). To top it off, the coffee is hitting just right and the power-pink mug from the Supered⚡team makes it even better. ☕👌 Five years ago I didn't think I'd be living in Germany and I didn't know anything about HubSpot CRM + CMS development, but I had the opportunity yesterday to be in Cologne at the made2GROW GmbH | HubSpot Platin Agentur | SEO | Performance Marketing | B2B office having a chat with Supered's CTO – hence the cool mug today. 😂 Life is messy but if you let it it'll lead you to some pretty amazing places. Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all get to have your own Supered⚡ kind of moment today. ♥️

Making HubSpot even Easier to Use 🤯🤯| Helping HubSpot Solutions Partners Scale 🚀🚀 | Turning HubSpot CRM Users into Superheros 🦸♀️🦸♂️

Adoption doesn’t happen because you told them it’s valuable. It happens because they experience the value themselves. Think about it: we live in a world drowning in new tools, processes, and endless updates. Yet, despite the overwhelming effort to explain why change is essential, people resist. They nod, they smile, and then—nothing. Why? Because true adoption isn’t about hearing value. It’s about feeling it. Here’s why adoption is so hard: -> Our brains are wired to resist change. Neurological studies show that the brain reacts to change as a threat, activating stress responses. When forced into new processes, people often feel uneasy and unmotivated. -> The power of habit. Behavioral science teaches us that habits are hard to break because they’re wired into the brain's basal ganglia. New processes disrupt those habits, which feels uncomfortable and, yes, often unwelcome. So how do you get people to really adopt something new? It’s all about experience—making them feel the benefits. Here are 7 science-backed ways to create that experience: 1) Provide Step-by-Step Support in Real-Time - Cognitive Load Theory states that people can only process so much information at once. Break tasks down with on-screen guides to reduce overwhelm and make complex tasks feel achievable. 2) Time Updates with Relevance - Research on information relevance shows that people are more likely to act on information that feels timely. Real-time notifications increase the perceived urgency and importance, leading to quicker adoption. 3) Surface Content Based on Context - Contextual learning theory suggests that when information is directly relevant to a current task, it’s more likely to be retained. Providing the right content at the right time reinforces its utility and makes it feel immediately valuable. 4) Centralize Knowledge with Easy Access - In a study by Forrester, 68% of employees report wasting time looking for information across multiple platforms. Streamlined access to knowledge saves time and reduces frustration, removing barriers to adoption. 5) Guide New Users with Structured Onboarding Incremental learning is scientifically proven to reduce cognitive overload. By structuring onboarding into manageable steps, you reduce anxiety and build confidence from day one. 6) Offer Self-Service Options for Autonomy Autonomy-supportive environments boost intrinsic motivation. Embedding self-service guidance within tools helps users feel capable and independent, which drives ongoing adoption. 7) Instant FAQs for Reducing Frustration According to the Information Retrieval Theory, the quicker users can access information, the less likely they are to disengage. Easy-to-find FAQs help people stay productive and focused on the task at hand. When people experience the benefits in real-time, adoption becomes a natural outcome, not a forced action. Make it easy. Make it relevant. stay Supered⚡ and never, EVER stop believing -matt

Caleb King ⚡on how Supered⚡leverages the SurroundBound in their GTM This sales and marketing approach works because it is: 🍬 LinkedIn-first 🍬 Video-first 🍬 Community-first Here’s the idea: You immerse yourself in the communities where your ideal buyer exists. You surround them with LinkedIn content, collaborate with brands they recognize, and get your name in their network. You'll know SurroundBound strategy is working when you hear your prospect say "Oh, I've heard of you"! #sales #salestips #b2bsales
