Our goal is to help every girl find out who she can be and what she can do, wherever she chooses to put her energies. While a girl’s leadership journey is as individual as she is, no matter which path she takes, every girl will discover herself and her world, learn to connect with others, and take action to improve life around her.

The Foundation has announced the fifth cohort of the John T. Gorman Fellowship, a group of 14 exceptional public- and private-sectors leaders who will work together over the next year to ensure Maine children are resilient and ready to succeed. Coming from all corners of Maine and representing diverse backgrounds, these leaders have all demonstrated an incredible commitment to strengthening the well-being of children and families. Over the next year, the Fellowship will deepen their impact by giving them opportunities for collaboration, new ways of approaching their work, and the leadership resources needed to achieve measurable results for Maine children and families.
