EARLY VOTING is today. Before we focus on whether young people are voting, let's ask ourselves: Do they feel heard? Do they know how to make their voices count? Are we truly listening? Equipping girls with the tools to understand and navigate the voting system, and showing them that it can work for them in meaningful ways, is the key to strengthening our democracy. By voting, you're investing in their voices and their future. Go vote! #SheVotes #GirlsinAction #Earlyvoting #tennessee #GirlsIncofChattanooga #StrongSmartBold

As we conclude #HispanicHeritageMonth, we celebrate the achievements of an impactful Latina, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. Ileana has had a career of firsts: she was the first Latina to serve in the Florida house; the first Latina in the Florida senate; the first Latina to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives; the first Latina and the first Cuban-American in Congress; and the first woman to ever be chair of a regular standing committee of the House. A true political pioneer in every sense and inspiration to our participants, the future leaders. Join us in honoring Ileana's legacy! #CareerinPolitics #LatinaProfessional #HispanicHeritageMonth #GirlsIncofChattanooga #StrongSmartBold
