Michelle Cho and I at Gladeo are filled with pride and gratitude after an incredible few days at the 2024 National Meeting for Adult Education State Directors. It was an honor to present our career navigation program for adult learners, improved over the last year with the support of the U.S. Department of Education Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE), our brilliant mentors, and the team at Luminary Labs during the Future Finder Challenge. We met state directors from all over the country, incredible and inspiring leaders dedicated to improving the lives of adult learners. Learning about the challenges and barriers they face, and witnessing their collaborative and innovative spirit, has left us truly inspired. This is just the beginning as we move forward together to support students, adult educators, and career navigators. We look forward to future opportunities to learn, grow, and support each other in our shared mission to empower adult learners. Thank you to everyone who made this experience so impactful.
