    Our Group CEO, Sheldon Kenton, spent last week with our team in Hyderabad, India. Sheldon said, “As a global health insurer, having claims managed by our own people and not being outsourced is an important part of our value proposition. I consider it to be a meaningful differentiator that we have built our own operational support centre in Hyderabad with people that really understand our customers and products. Our customer claims Net Promotor Score is over 45 and continues to increase, demonstrating the value the team in India deliver to customers”. GBG moved into a new office at the popular HITEC city earlier this year and are thriving in this new, modern environment. Apart from managing the customer claims, the team also looks after customer enrolment, IT and digital and some of our accounting functions. India is the operational backbone of GBG and truly our “Execution Engine”. Sheldon also attended the team's Annual Day celebrations and was delighted to be able to present awards and recognition to our most outstanding colleagues.
