We should prioritize the well-being of our professional community. While we strive to optimize our patients' outcomes, we aim to cultivate a supportive environment to promote mental health, foster resilience, and encourage work-life balance. In this light, we want to recognize the importance of self-care and peer support not only within the anaesthesia fraternity but also for all involved in Children's Surgical Services.
