In the ever-changing workplace, what do employees really want and value? GSG took the pulse of employees nationwide to find out what matters most to them. Most workers feel content in the critical areas of work/life balance, job security, and health benefits, while compensation stands out as a sore spot. And despite continuing turmoil in the job market, with layoffs and return to office conversations dominating, 89 percent of employees surveyed are happy with their employers, and 90 percent say they are engaged with their work. Stay tuned as we release more content from our recent employee survey in the coming weeks.

GSG Founding Partner and CEO Jon Silvan has been a strategic ally to leaders from the C-Suite to the Governor's Mansion. For more than two decades, he's been making an impact in New York and beyond. That's why he is named on this year's PoliticsNY & amNY Metro's Power Players in Public Relations & Lobbying list. Some of the best advice he's ever received? "Surround yourself with great people and give them what they need to succeed, then get out of their way so they can do their job – and that’s exactly what we have done. For more than two decades, we have expanded a team of over 150 professionals across the country, allowing each and every one to grow, succeed and become the rock stars they are."

Last year we kicked off a partnership with UnidosUS (@WeAreUnidosUS) — the nation's largest nonpartisan Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization — to launch HOME, an initiative to create four million new Latino homeowners by 2030. Together we have developed impactful messaging, deepened key relationships with policymakers and stakeholders, and facilitated events across the country. We’re so proud that HOME has been recognized as a finalist for Ragan Communications and PR Daily's Nonprofit Communications Awards!
