We had a great time at this month’s "Coffee and Connections," which allowed us to showcase our #KeepGlynnRunning workforce development initiatives and highlight local job opportunities within our community. The students at Golden Isles College and Career Academy wowed us with their engineering and machining projects. Our new Talent Discovery Showcase series, supported by Coastal Pines Technical College and the Golden Isles College and Career Academy, is driving workforce development in the Golden Isles. With 370 new jobs created from business expansion in just the last year, we remain dedicated to accelerating talent placement in coastal Georgia. In the last twelve months, our efforts to engage the community with the skilled trades reached over 3,000 Glynn County residents.
