We are very excited to announce the partnership between DocuSign and OneNotary and Docusign’s investment into OneNotary. As an early investor, GoodPaper Ventures sees this as further validation that the OneNotary solution for notarizing documents will soon become the industry standard. We are appreciative of the opportunity to continue to invest in OneNotary through their Series A round.
🎉 We raised a $5 million Series A and entered a partnership with DocuSign to provide a best-in-class third-party notary network to DocuSign customers. Our round was led by Jackson Square Ventures, with participation from DocuSign Founder Tom Gonser, as well as continued support from DocuSign Inc., GoodPaper Ventures, DigitalFuture, u.ventures, and The LegalTech Fund. This formal partnership with DocuSign marks a major milestone as we will integrate OneNotary into DocuSign’s range of notary solutions. The integration, when launched early this summer, will expand DocuSign Notary into third-party notaries, providing more opportunity for best-in-class, regulatory compliant, and certified options for DocuSign customers.
