Today, we held a celebration at Goodwill’s Retail Operations Center for ten outstanding individuals who earned certificates via My Career Matters – an internal program designed to help Goodwill team members develop unique career success plans. Congratulations to Joel Alvarez, Rhonni Bruchhauser, Andrew Garcia, Samantha Garcia, Azucena Gomez, Jennifer Gonzalez, Kelly Juan, Bart Rogers, Martin Sanders Jr., and Ulysses Walker on earning their Essential Skills certificates. Additionally, special recognition goes to Samantha Garcia and Martin Sanders Jr. who also completed two additional Financial Literacy courses. All of these team members took the initiative to upskill outside of work hours, earning certificates that strengthen their personal and professional growth, and we’re incredibly proud of them. Special thanks to their manager, Joy Herrera, and their career coaches – Liz Villarino and Olga Hernandez – whose guidance and support were instrumental in their achievements.
