NTT Data chose us to finish out their North American headquarters in the Legacy West development of Plano. This project included offices, conference rooms, boardrooms, and a dedicated executive floor, spanning six floors. Highlights included a stunning monumental staircase with pendant lighting, a 360-degree collaborative tech center, and intricate millwork. A unique touch was the Zen rock garden, crafted by a Zen expert from Japan. The Ariat project was a 1,070,000sf transformation, blending a fulfillment center with Class A office space. We brought unique touches, including mechanical glass doors, a two-story reclaimed wood accent wall with a gas fireplace, and a custom monumental stair. This project marked our first collaboration with NorthPoint Development and offered a chance to bring Class A office features into an industrial space. We’re proud to have created a workspace where the C-suite meets the team on the ground, overcoming challenges to deliver a seamless result!
