Our CEO Robert Shea was quoted extensively in this GovExec article by Eric Wagner on Trump's potential second term. His main warning? Don't underestimate how fast some dangerous reforms could be implemented. https://lnkd.in/eNsDzprY

If you haven't taken the time to learn about the fantastic work Andrea Sampanis and the Grant QSMO team is doing, do it now. First and foremost, check out this customer experience pilot that helped to lessen burdens on tribal grant recipients. Very cool stuff!
Program Manager, Grants Quality Service Management Office (QSMO) at U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
I'm excited to announce the release of the Tribal Post-Award Reporting Pilot’s Customer Experience Report (https://lnkd.in/dPqrCrEG)! The report concludes a yearlong interagency effort to develop and test CX focused improvements to lessen the reporting burden on tribal grant recipients in rural and underserved areas. As part of this initiative, the Grants QSMO, under HHS Office of Grants, published the Federal Grant Systems Hub (https://lnkd.in/dtgfVe7j), a searchable public dashboard that simplifies access to hard-to-find grant-related information and systems resources. Leading this project was such a rewarding experience- I am so thankful for the friendships I've made with passionate public servants on the Tribal CX Pilot team and proud of the impact that we made by delivering real solutions to tribal recipients! #pma #cx #grantsQSMO Dale BellJennifer ParisienChad CliffordMo E.Jami BjorndahlDavid Paschane, Ph.D.Natalie R.Danae WilsonAaron StienstraMarguerite P.

The memo comes in at a manageable 8 pages - make sure you give it a look: https://hubs.la/Q02Nfn1_0

We are so proud to be sponsors of the Partnership for Public Service's Service to America Medals next week! It is always one of the highlights of our year and we are thrilled to be able to support the recognition of extraordinary public servants! Speaking of which, make sure you read Michael Lewis' profile of Chris Mark in the Washington Post. Might be the best thing you read this year: https://lnkd.in/g8fcXyDv

The GovNavigators take a respite to celebrate Labor Day and also the first GovNavigators wedding as Robert Shea's middle daughter got married over the holiday weekend (congrats Hannah Shea!). And they'll need the rest - Congress returns this week to an overflowing slate of to dos, there are only a few weeks left in FY24 for agencies to spend end of year funds, and a presidential transition (or one kind or another) is imminent. https://lnkd.in/evRaCirb
