𝐂𝐌𝐌𝐂 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 During last week’s CyberAB Town Hall, some important updates were shared on the CMMC timeline: - The CMMC Title 32 Final Rule was cleared by OIRA on 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 15𝐭𝐡. - It is now with the DoD for final preparation before being sent for publication in the 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. - The Final Rule is expected to be published 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫, with an estimated 60-day window before the program officially kicks off. This means we could see the CMMC program going live as early as 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 at which point assessments will begin! Don’t delay getting started on your CMMC journey. GovSky is here to help.
