We have served 87 residents, and about 50% experienced homelessness before coming to Grace House. The video was created by the Amazing crew at Knox Marketing.

Thank you to the amazing young women from the University of Akron who spent 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 alongside our Grace House Garden Club member, Kathy; they all took care of our garden task list and prepared it for the cold months ahead. This day celebrates their tireless efforts and acknowledges the importance of support services for individuals facing health challenges, disabilities, or end-of-life challenges. It also highlights the need for better recognition, training, and resources for caregivers, who often work under challenging conditions to ensure the well-being of others. Today, we honor the incredible caregivers and support workers who dedicate their lives to providing comfort and dignity to those in need. Your compassion and commitment make a world of difference. Let’s continue to recognize and support these everyday heroes who care for our loved ones. 💗

We are excited to share that our Graceful Gathering event raised an impressive $130,000—an increase of $25,000 from 2023. This achievement would not have been possible without the support of every individual who contributed, and we are truly grateful. We look forward to continuing this upward momentum together.

Oh, What a Night! - Graceful Gathering 2024 was one for the books! After last night's event, we are overwhelmed with gratitude and joy. Thank you 100 times over for all the love and support. This means if you are unable to attend our event, you can still participate in the auction. You do not have to create a password for the account, but all other information must be completed. You must enter credit card information in order to bid. Our auction platform will automatically notify you if you're outbid - giving you a chance to bid again. If you are the winner of an item, you will receive a link to complete payment online. Payment must be completed prior to pick up. For people attending our event, you can pick up your items at 9pm the night of the event. For people bidding from home, items may be picked up at Grace House by October 25th between the hours of 9-5. If you do not complete payment, we will charge your card following the event. Calvin was with us for just a short time, but as always, our priority was to provide him with a comforting home to allow him to rest peacefully.
