It was a hell of a year doing statics, but welcome to the new era — things are about to get moving! Please meet Zista, the star of our first real-time, arbitrary-length 6DOF video, streamed on demand from a laptop SSD. Coming soon to PCVR and later for all VR headsets and SDK.

'Embryo Of The Future' is our first and beloved art collaboration for several reasons: 1. It's the world's first work by a contemporary artist using Gaussian Splatting technology in VR. 2. All 11 VR scenes come together to form a unified narrative, taking storytelling to a new level — the viewer can literally step into the artwork. 3. We are just proud of the quality we've achieved. The 1100+ saves confirm that the project has been a success, and the numbers are continuously increasing. You can experience the VR version of 'Embryo Of The Future' in our store, and today we are sharing a 2D video inspired by the collaboration. It's a very impressive work as well!

It definitely excites us a lot!
I've always been fascinated about bringing our reality into immersive mediums like VR. Capturing scenes from real-life is just half the job done, but optimising it so that it runs smoothly on a small computer strapped on your face🥽, that's where we deliver the magic ✨! Recently I stumbled upon Gracia AI's standalone VR app that enables viewing immersive Gaussian Splat's in 6DoF (degrees of freedom), and the best part is its optimisation. It gave constant 72fps+ while rendering complex scenes without any stuttering running solely on headset. Heres one of their beautiful demos called "Embryo of the Future" recorded in headset. A future where we could summon scenes from our life at will and experience them in such immersive mediums, is pretty exciting for me! Hope it excites you too ;) 🚀 #3DGaussianSplatting #realitycapture #VR #immersivemedium #GraciaAI

Another awesome piece of news in just one week: Gracia for Quest 3 is finally available on AppLab! It’s our latest version, enhanced with more splats, better performance, and improved fidelity. Yes, the interfaces are a bit simplified for now, but they still allow you to explore all our best scenes.

There have been some great developments with Gaussian Splatting. It’s time for Gracia to contribute to the advancement of 3DGS! Thanks to our proprietary pipeline, we’ve enhanced our training, rendering, and processing. As a result, our splats are now twice as fast, on average half the size, and significantly better in fidelity. This means more users can explore lifelike scenes with smooth performance and a stable framerate. Join the Gracia community to explore and share your scenes on the platform!

It's awesome to see impressive results from our users! Especially great that we're all looking in the same direction, as our multi-room feature is already on its way!
Experience the Sentient By Elysian Office in Immersive 3D with #GaussianSplatting! Special thanks to Gracia AI for their intuitive 3D Splat Viewer. The best part? You can share your splats on the web through their store, allowing anyone with the link to explore your space in VR with high quality. The first video showcases the rendered version of the #3DSplat, demonstrating the potential of scanning first and then framing your shoot! This coworking space was photoscanned with nearly 4,600 photos using an iPhone 14. AI Processing by BTS | Behind the Stage Media Servers #RealityCapture #PostShot

Glad to create our first VR gallery with Lara! We're still exploring all the subtle changes in colors, textures, and line thicknesses depending on the position inside the scene. Fascinating!
Revealing our project with Gracia AI! It's an amazing feeling to embrace this ultra-contemporary and fast-emerging VR technology and create the first-ever photorealistic 3D gallery featuring some of my paintings! Buy your own headset and check it out on https://store.gracia.ai/. If you're interested in deep tech innovations, follow the Gracia startup to explore more of their lifelike content.

What we do and why we do it VR lacks life-like experiences. That's what we address at Gracia delivering feeling of presence through photorealism and natural parallax effects in our 3D scenes. Look at the level of details! How it works: Step 1. The scene or an object is captured using regular 2D cameras from a few viewpoints. Any lighting conditions, and challenging surfaces. Step 2. We train an AI model from scratch based on the footage on our proprietary pipeline. As a result we get an AI model that "knows" how the scene looks like from any viewpoint. Step 3. On-device rendering. One can walk inside the scene and experience it from any angle and perspective while AI model renders the picture for both of your eyes separately in the real-time (550 fps actually). Separate picture for both eyes delivers this parallax effect, which our brain uses to understand the distance and size of an object. To the best of our knowledge, we are currently the only project that enables real-time rendering on standalone headset ;)
