DEI Thought Leader + Strategist l Author of Make It Last: A Roadmap and Practical Strategies for How to Do DEI l Keynote Speaker

Yesterday was amazing. Thank you again Grand Rapids Chamber and University of Michigan Health-West for honoring me with the Dr. Rhae-Ann Booker Award for Inclusive Excellence. Nothing like being celebrated in your own community. Thanks to the leadership of Rodney L. Savage and Dr. Sommer Jabbar- Pearson the Talent & Diversity Summit was excellent! And shout out to Thomas Pierce LMSW, MPA for his phenomenal work in leading DEI at UM Health West. I had the opportunity to speak for a bit to the audience of 250+ business and community leaders and challenged us all to keep moving the DEI work forward.

Product design leader and founder. 15+ years designing and scaling products. Co-Founded Lead Scout, a top-3 field sales platform for home service pros.

Not sure LinkedIn has a badge I can add to my profile for this incredible credential, but Rick Treur just informed me I’m now part of the frequent flyers club at the Grand Rapids Chamber. I do highly recommend joining the Chamber. They not only have a great space to work from downtown, but also offer a whole host of services and events for businesses in the area. It’s a great way to stay connected and enabled if you’re doing business in West Michigan. Best part is I got this amazing impromptu headshot from Rick - reach out to him directly for any photography bookings :)
