It's always these onsite GrandCare Systems® training and Installation visits that remind us of "the why". I have been in the remote monitoring/digital health space for about 20 years and this is definitely my favorite part, watching an individual embrace a newly found independence and sense of self. It's chill-inducing and beautiful when you are lucky enough to witness. Thanks to Mainstay Life Services for introducing us to your compassionate, smart and forward-thinking staff as well as your amazing clients. We witnessed pure joy as the individuals learned new ways they could support themselves without staff, new video chat communication avenues that don't require staff intervention and new ways to explore online content without sacrificing safety. 🍾 Bonus -- we got to try to infamous "Steak on a Stone" at the North Shore Tavern in #Pittsburgh Thanks Pennsylvania - we will be back soon!
