⚙️🏭COMING SOON!🏭⚙️ With plans to be completed in 2026, our final featured location in the Grande manufacturing network is our Chilton facility! The city of Chilton, located just 10 miles east of Lake Winnebago, is home to 3,700 residents and features beautiful hiking trails🌲in the Ledge View Nature Center. Grande broke ground on the Chilton facility in July 2024, which includes 60,000 square feet of new construction and 20,000 square feet of renovations. The Chilton facility will primarily produce mozzarella cheese🧀 and serve as a home base for about 75 Associates. We are proud of the work that our dedicated team of Associates is putting in to get our Chilton facility up and running and we are looking forward to welcoming new Grande Associates who are focused on manufacturing greatness at Grande! 🏭 👏 #manufacturingmonth2024 #grandecheese #manufacturingmonth

⚙🏭Manufacturing Greatness🏭⚙ We have officially arrived at the final stop on our virtual journey of the facilities in the Grande manufacturing network! Last stop: Brownsville, Wisconsin.📍 The Village of Brownsville is located in Dodge County and is known for being a gateway to the Horicon Marsh. Founded in 1878 and incorporated in 1952, this peaceful village is home to 598 residents and several businesses, including Grande’s first manufacturing facility! At Grande’s Brownsville facility, our dedicated Associates produce both our Trademark Excellent mozzarella and fresh cheeses🧀, along with five whey products. ⚙🏭Manufacturing Greatness🏭⚙ Coming into our final two stops on the virtual tour of our Grande manufacturing facilities, we are arriving at our Whey facility in Friendship, Wisconsin. Located just two miles south of the beautiful Roche-A-Cri State Park and within minutes of at least 10 different lakes, Friendship is home to a picturesque central Wisconsin landscape🌳. Our Friendship facility joined the Grande manufacturing network in the late 1960s, when it was originally functioned as a cheese-making facility. In 1992, the facility changed production and since then Friendship has exclusively produced Grande whey ingredients for our customers! 🏭⚙️Manufacturing Greatness⚙️🏭 Meet Brandi Lighthart, a Production Generalist III at our Juda Cheese facility. Brandi has been working in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years and has spent the last year working as one of the many dedicated Associates on the Juda Ricotta team! The challenge of working in the manufacturing industry is what drives Brandi, who said that she finds her work very rewarding. Brandi said “because we work in manufacturing we make a difference. Everything that we produce, people enjoy!”   As we near the end of Manufacturing Month we extend a huge “thank you” to Brandi and all Grade Associates who are dedicated to being a part of manufacturing greatness at Grande. 👏 👏 #manufacturingmonth2024 #grandegreatness #grandecheese

⚙🏭Manufacturing Greatness🏭⚙ We’re back with another spotlight video of our Grande manufacturing facilities! Welcome to Juda, Wisconsin. Though Juda may be small (population 360), our three-bay Intake at Juda will receive over 3% of the total milk🥛 produced in Wisconsin in 2024. Our Juda Associates produce over 280 pounds of Trademark Excellent cheese🧀 per minute, which is enough for every Juda resident to have a pizza🍕 every minute! 🏭⚙️ Manufacturing Greatness🏭⚙️ Meet Candy MacFarlane, a Manager, Team Operations overseeing the second shift Associates at our Distribution Center (LDC) in Lomira, Wisconsin. Candy has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years and has spent the last eight years growing her skills as a Grande Associate. Candy started her career with Grande as a temporary Associate at our Brownsville facility, then developed into a team lead position before landing her current role at the LDC. Through it all, Candy said that the connections she makes with other Grande Associates are the most rewarding part of her job. Next stop: Lomira, Wisconsin!⚙️ The next stop on our virtual Manufacturing Month tour brings us to our Lomira, WI Distribution Center (LDC). Built in 2016, this state-of-the-art location allowed Grande to consolidate our warehouse storage into one centralized location (off of Highway 41 in Lomira). The LDC is home base to 69 hard-working Associates who live the Grande Mission & Culture. Each day, they receive in more than 30 semi-loads of Grande products from our production and conversion facilities, and send out more than 40 semi-loads of finished Trademark Excellent cheese🧀 and whey products to our dedicated Operators and customers! 🍕 Sending a huge shoutout of appreciation to our Associates at the Lomira Distribution Center for always being a key resource in manufacturing greatness at Grande!

🏭 ⚙️ Manufacturing Greatness ⚙️ 🏭 Meet Josh Aragon, a Packaging Associate II at our Rubicon facility, responsible for crafting our specialty aged cheese products to perfection. 🧀 Josh has worked in the manufacturing industry for just over two years and is coming up on his one-year anniversary as a valued Grande Associate.
