Unmoderated Prototype Testing in Great Question is here! Now, you can get fast, async user feedback on your Figma prototypes. Testing is supported on desktop and mobile, and it’s browser-based, so users never have to download an app to participate. Here’s how it works: ⚡️ Set up and launch a study in minutes. Sync with Figma to add a prototype link, set device type and recording permissions, and add tasks and survey questions for users to complete. 🌎 Test async with anyone, anywhere. Integrate with your CRM or import a CSV to test with your own users. Or, recruit from Respondent's panel of 3M+ verified B2B and B2C participants, right in Great Question. 📊 Analyze user feedback from every angle. View prototype performance at a glance with metrics, timelines, paths, and click maps. Dig deeper with recordings and transcripts, and create highlight reels to share with your team. “The unmoderated test functionality is freaking AWESOME," said Emily Drumm, UX Researcher at DonorDrive . "It allowed my team to quickly get feedback on a small thing that would have otherwise taken a lot of time and money with another tool.” Try it free for 14 days: https://lnkd.in/gkhgFFwa #uxdesign #uxresearch #userresearch #researchops

In case you missed it, we hosted a webinar on Wednesday with Lawton Pybus and Thomas Stokes from Drill Bit Labs, discussing their groundbreaking research into a data-driven career ladder for UX researchers. How can this research make an impact in the field? ➡️ Lawton shared an approach for those looking to advance in their careers. Whether you’re eyeing a senior role or just starting out, this ladder can help you align your experiences with the right job descriptions to help you nail the job you want and plan for where you want to be in the future. ➡️ Thomas highlighted how a career ladder like theirs can demystify career paths for new graduates navigating the uncertainty of their next steps. Managers can also leverage this framework as a foundation for crafting job descriptions and responsibilities as they build out their teams.  There’s more where that came from! What does it truly mean to democratize research? During our recent session at the Rosenfeld Media DesignOps Summit, James Wallis shared a powerful point: “Everyone having access [to research] increases the learning potential of the whole business.” Here are two of the key factors we explored on the topic of accessibility in research: 🤝 Empowering Non-Researchers: Encouraging everyone—regardless of their research background—to engage with and utilize research insights cultivates a culture of curiosity and ongoing learning. 📊 Accessibility of Data: Providing easy access to research findings enables teams to make informed decisions quickly. In today’s environment, the need for effective user research has never been greater. But how do you quantify the tangible benefits of your research efforts? TravelPerk’s Emily Stewart (Senior Research Operations) shared her perspective in our recent session at Rosenfeld Media's DesignOps Summit. She emphasized the importance of connecting research findings to decisions made within the organization. By comparing outcomes based on real data against those that might have stemmed from assumptions, you can illustrate the impact of user research. Her suggestions were to consider questions like: What decisions were influenced by your research? What outcomes did those decisions result in? How have they shaped your roadmap? How does your team measure and promote the ROI of research? 👇 #UXResearch #DesignOps #ResearchOps
