We serve our members and community by delivering valuable services and benefits including information and resources, networking connections, advocacy, community leadership and business visibility. All of these services help create personal and professional growth for individuals and organizations. Since 1984, the Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce has grown both in size and mission. Our membership represents small organizations, big corporations and self employed individuals. Our service area is Lawrence Township and surrounding communities. Safe Families for Children volunteers, community partners, and staff come alongside children and families who are facing a myriad of crises including homelessness, unemployment, medical circumstances, substance abuse, mental health issues, and domestic violence. Moved by mercy and intentionality through our actions and attitudes to encircle vulnerable children and isolated families, we strive to provide Intentional Compassion through short-term hostings and access to resources so children can remain with their families and not unnecessarily enter foster care.
