MISSION: We lead, strengthen and amplify the voices of a diverse cultural sector that is making Philadelphia a world-class region to live, work and play. ABOUT THE CULTURAL ALLIANCE: Established in 1972, the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance is the region’s leading arts and cultural advocacy, research and marketing organization. Our mission is to “lead, strengthen and give voice to a diverse cultural sector that is making Philadelphia a world-class region to live, work, and play.” Our membership includes over 400 organizations ranging from museums and dance companies to community art centers, historic sites, music ensembles and zoos. Our members, as well as the cultural community as a whole, count on the Alliance for signature research reports on the health and growth of the sector; grant making in partnership with the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts; robust professional development and membership services; marketing and audience development through our signature consumer marketing programs, Phillyfunguide.com and Funsavers; and leadership in policy and community engagement and STAMP teen program. Last night we welcomed nearly 400 guests from over 150 different arts and culture organizations for the Annual Meeting & Arts Party. It is our honor to bring together the individuals and organizations who make our city shine. Our guests got a sneak peek at the Cultural Alliance's new strategic plan, which focuses on galvanizing this broad and diverse constituency. The future of our sector is not just for Cultural Alliance members, it's for all to join in our vision, contribute their ideas, and create an arts and culture sector that serves all Philadelphians. Our full strategic plan will be released in the coming weeks, stay tuned!

Tomorrow is the big day! The Annual Meeting & Arts Party kicks off at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15 at the Bok Building in South Philadelphia. 🎩 Dress code is business casual but remember, it's a party! The party will be held outdoors on the Bok Rooftop, please dress accordingly for temperatures. 🚌 Street parking is challenging near the Bok Building so we recommend using rideshare, public transportation, walking, or biking. ➡️ There are numerous entrances to the Bok Building.
